Added a comprehensive report to the global readme

  • can make the changes shifted to the hacktoberfest 2025 folder with the readme there showcasing the changes
  • can update to the most precise stats if needed

@Circuit-Overtime great for noticing and updating. only thing maybe the table is quite a lot of numbers. I think a kind of friendly sentence mentioning the main kind of accomplishments like how many PRs merged and projects added would be sufficient. README is already quite crowded

Something like this. i think we can do relative links within README's. at least i think i used it somewhere. so we could link the 8 projects added directly to the hacktoberfest projects table
