Bump @honcho-ai/opencode-honcho to 0.1.4 and retitle the Unreleased changelog block.

Ships everything merged since 0.1.3: hook-driven memory injection and tool activity capture (#40, #43), telemetry headers via @honcho-ai/harness-plugin-core (#42), observationMode / /honcho:import / agentObserveMe (#35), the hosts.opencode.apiKey fix (#34), peer id case fix (#30), and test cleanup (#38).

Publish is manual (npm publish) after merge, same as 0.1.3.
