Create containers with type: public #701

I can't find in the documentation anything that makes me create the containers in type: public/private. I can pass the options as first parameter of createContainer but I've tried multiple parameters to change that field without any luck.

Is it possible to change that param?
Is there any documentation about what are the options that I can pass to that method?
