Added the product description to the PID file - Mini SAM
Removed the Mini SAM Folder - moving to organization folder instead.
Created a new index.md in the folder 'bshockley' for myself with a brief description of who I am and what I do.

I'm not sure what's up with Travis here @Arachnid ; it's not flagged the external link check as allowed failures, and a link has temporarily timed out, but seems fine now to me. I suspect if you re-run the Travis check it will come good. |

Updated the PID file to include description of the product itself. Removed org folder for 'Mini SAM'. Added org folder for 'bshockley'. Added index.md for 'bshockley' with a description of myself and what I do.
