I also don't see any hardware design files - can you add those to the repository too?

I've added a MIT license style LICENSE.txt to the source repo https://github.com/epvuc/usb-tty as well as a copy of the Eagle schematic loop-adapter.sch. I'm in the middle of redoing the layout for a different MCU, after which there will also be a .brd file. Though it's hard to imagine anyone else wanting to build this :)
