Does phpMyAdmin still support no-JavaScript mode? #20530

Description

@kamil-tekiela

When I turn off JavaScript, phpMyAdmin becomes almost unusable. There are several fallbacks in the code for when JS is disabled, but is this just a remnant of the past or is this still a supported way of using phpMyAdmin?

    I think the big downside, is the sidebar not able to resize. Probably a CSS hack will work.

    I would like that it works without JS but it requires so much works I think we are past that era
    It is still worth fixing some small things as it will improve reflow effects while JS loads

    I think it's both. It's definitely something that has stopped receiving support for some time in the past, but it's something that I care about. I refactored a lot of pages using the progressive enhancement strategy to reduce the dependency on JS, but there's still a lot of work to do.

    I think that at least the most basic functionality must work with JS disabled.
