Describe the bug

I get following error message:

The $cfg['TempDir'] (/usr/share/phpmyadmin/tmp/) is not accessible. phpMyAdmin is not able to cache templates and will be slow because of this.

The message though makes no sense since the permissions are set:

chmod -R 0750 /usr/share/phpmyadmin/tmp
chown -R www-data:www-data /usr/share/phpmyadmin/tmp

Version information: 5.2.3 (up to date)
