Describe the bug
The edit dialog used to include a selection list of precreated locations in version 1.7.4. It's not there in version 1.8.1. Even though the locations module is enabled in the settings.

phpIPAM version
Bug fixes are supported in the latest production and development releases. Please update to a supported release before reporting issues. Please search for existing Issues (including closed Issues) before submitting duplicates.

Versions of phpIPAM known to contain the issue (delete as appropriate).

• Latest git master development branch.
• Latest production release [1.32].
• Older obsolete release (please specify version). Issues upgrading to a supported release only.

• phpIPAM version: 1.8.1
• OS: Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS
• PHP version: 8.3.6
• Webserver: Apache 2.4.58
• Database: Mariadb 10.11.14

Steps To Reproduce
Please include steps to reproduce the issue:
Install Phpipam 1.7.4, create locations, edit an ip-address and set a location. Upgrade to phpipam 1.8.1.
