As mentioned in #288 , it would be nice to enhance the VncConsole component to allow for the following regarding the Send Key menu:

• by default include Ctrl+Alt+Backspace , Ctrl+Alt+Del & Printscreen on the Send Key menu
• allow the default options on the Send Key menu to be not shown
• allow for a mechanism to add additional commands
