The way we are creating icons in the react-icons package, aria-hidden="true" is set by default whenever there is no title prop passed. We should review usage of icons imported and remove any hardcoded aria-hidden="true" if applicable.

Is this request originating from a Red Hat product team? If so, which ones and is there any sort of deadline for this enhancement?
