I am repeatedly getting denied without a reason...

Update:

After those tries my account was incorrectly flagged / public profile was returning 404 and I had to submit a Reinstatement request. And that issue was fixed but after that now when I try to submit a a new github student application / click on "Start an application" then it redirects me to https://github.com/pricing

I did contact the Github support team but still after 3 months my issue hasn't been resolved yet.
