Describe the bug

OrbStack prompts for administrator credentials to install "OrbStack Helper" on
every app launch, even though "Use admin privileges for enhanced features" is
turned OFF in Settings > System.

With that setting disabled I expect OrbStack not to attempt any privileged
helper installation and not to show an admin prompt at all. Instead, the macOS
admin authentication dialog for installing the helper appears every single time
I open the app.

To Reproduce

1. Open OrbStack Settings > System and disable "Use admin privileges for
   enhanced features".
2. Fully quit OrbStack.
3. Launch OrbStack again.
4. macOS shows an admin/password prompt to install "OrbStack Helper". Cancel it
5. The prompt reappears on every subsequent launch

Expected behavior

When "Use admin privileges for enhanced features" is disabled, OrbStack should
run without admin and should not prompt to install a privileged helper on launch.
