I'm seeing RAPTOR snap to really strange places (e.g., point is placed on trail at NE 60th, but RAPTOR starts you out 400' away on Willow street).

Raptor will also not allow walking to the NE 60th MAX station, hence the strange bus trip from the url above (note, A* algorithm works fine with both snapping and giving walk instructions to the NE 60th platform):
