Example:

local resty_uuid = require "resty.uuid"
local uuid = resty_uuid:generate()
ngx.say("uuid: ", uuid)

Require:

libuuid

Because lua-resty-string is already a mess. This better to be in a separate library like lua-resty-uuid. Thoughts?
