I think this won't actually run until the main (non-fork) repo has the action in it; not sure if I can even edit how actions work from a fork. I'll merge this and see if the rest of the tests run. |

Due to changes in Travis-CI's support for open source projects, I'm moving the CI over to GitHub Actions. This is the first step toward that; will need to do a trial release to ensure that Autorelease is working correctly here.
