This will restructure some of the file-related stuff, especially things in
strip_snapshots, that might be reusable for other CLI commands.UPDATE: Due to some concerns I had while trying to use the
strip_snapshotscommand, it has been temporarily removed until I can ensure it is doing what it is supposed to do. I expect to replace it sometime after version 0.1.
