Describe the Bug
It seems that in the new expense flow the details of the invitee cannot be changed by the creator of the expense. This used to be a functionality of the old expense flow and quite useful since sometimes people make mistakes with the email or want to change the payee details. Currently the only option is to either create a new expense invite from scratch or ask support to do it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create a new expense invite
2. Make sure the new expense flow and inline expense editing is turned on in the preview feature section
3. Go to the new expense flow and try to change the payee email

Expected behaviour
The payee email should be editable by the creator of the expense
