Reverts #347
Unfortunately, i have to revert this changes. The license conditions of the tree structures are not clear and at least i would have expected, that the master license for u8glib file gets modified.
The new procedures should also get a new .h file. The existing u8g.h should not get modified. Additionally english documentation is missing. An additional wiki page should be created for the new function (if required)
