This patch greatly scales down complexity of 1 flank endgames where stronger side is not outflanking weaker side and no passed pawns are present.
This should improve stockfish evaluation of obvious 4 vs 3, 3 vs 2 and 2 vs 1 draws in rook/queen/knight/bishop solo flank endgames where strong side can't make progress.
Some other values for this bonus (or overall retuning of complexity) can be done further.

I fucked up commit (don't have dot before bench) but I wouldn't be able to fix it till evening since I don't have access to my github repo from work. Sorry for inconvenience.

I think this could be a powerful idea for refining some parts of the evaluation function, a bit like when we try quadratics or other equations to emphasise certain situations. I have started some tests in this style on kingdanger but I am sure there are other areas that could benefit.

Merged via 8aecf26, congrats!

I am so happy that we get some initiative() improvement, this will help Stockfish choosing the right endgame when she feels she has a midgame advantage...
