I am unable to upgrade this repository to the latest version of Plot.

I've added CI and attempted the upgrade in this pull request. The first commit, which just adds some CI, passes. The second commit, which upgrades Plot and d3, fails with the error

Attempted import error: 'symbolsStroke' is not exported from 'd3' (imported as 'symbolsStroke').
