Splits the segment along the top of the triangular Siachen Glacier area into two pieces, to match how it is in the 10m scale data.
The tags on the new western segment are not changed, but on the new eastern segment I changed
FEATURECLAandFCLASS_INto be "International boundary (verify)". I did not change any other tags.Here is what the file looks like after the change:
Note, I only updated the shapefile, not the GeoJSON
