Describe the bug

• When you manually stopping the application, I think the error message is unnecessary.

• When you try to restart the app using the JavaRunnerRunMain command, the error message interrupts the restart process.

The JavaRunnerRunMain command should restart the application without an error message
The JavaRunnerStopMain command should stop the application without an error message
