I only updated build-options.rst for riscv64 support without modifying gen_features.py. Since numpy.distutils is deprecated (removed in NumPy 1.23.0 for Python 3.12, and will be removed for Python ≤ 3.11 by Oct 2025), adding new architecture support to these legacy documentation files is unnecessary. The documentation update reflects the current riscv64 build options.
