Code Review
This pull request from Snyk aims to upgrade urllib3 to fix a security vulnerability. While the intention is good, the target version urllib3>=2.6.3 appears to be incorrect as it is not available on PyPI, which would cause the build to fail. I have added a critical review comment with a suggestion to use the latest available version, 2.2.1, instead. Please verify the correct version that includes the security patch.

The specified version urllib3>=2.6.3 appears to be incorrect as this version is not available on PyPI. The latest published version of urllib3 is 2.2.1. Using a non-existent version will cause pip install to fail.
It's possible this was a typo. I'm suggesting to pin to the latest known version. If a newer version is required for the security fix and is expected to be released soon, please update the version specifier accordingly once it's available.
