Wrong PR reference in changelog

In the changelog for [0.13](http://www.nodegit.org/changelog/#v0-13-0) it says:

> **Removed**
> Repository#openIndex PR #990

The reference PR #990 has the title "Make `Remote.create` async". I think the reference should be PR #989 instead, which is aptly named "Remove `Repository#openIndex`"
