Aliased versions and $Latest will never be deleted.

This PR adds another CLI option to delete old versions of a deployed lambda function.
The subcommand accepts an command line option or will prompt the user for a valid input.
The command deletes all old versions except for the last
nversions.Furthermore
$Latestand any aliased version will be kept.
