This folder should not be imported/compiled by Python, it serves only as a template folder. Files in here will be copied over to the new project making use of AWS Lambda

Prior to this PR, the folder
project_templatewas setup as a sub-module ofpython-lambdaitself.This caused the
__init__.pyfile to be copied over to the new project.This PR changes the behaviour, by treating the
project_templatesfolder as templates only andsimplifies the function call as well as removing the obsolete
__init__.pyfile from the templates
