"Settings" button using wrong UI #7338

Describe the bug
The "Settings" button uses the wrong UI and the icon inside the button is not positioned properly.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open "Deck"
- See the settings button using the wrong UI
Expected behavior
The settings button uses the same UI as other apps like Files or Contacts.
