Netdata has achieved SOC 2 Type 2 certification. Updated all documentation references from Type 1 to Type 2 and removed outdated 'pursuing Type 2' language. Changes: - docs/security-and-privacy-design/README.md: Updated to Type 2 - docs/netdata-enterprise-evaluation-corrected.md: Updated to Type 2
