While album artist and artist are available for browsing or sorting the media library, there's no option to use the commonly available 'album artist sort order', or 'artist sort order' tags. These are supported by a number of taggers, including picard.

An option to use 'Album Artist Sort Order' and 'Artist Sort Order' for media_library_primary_tag configuration option at minimum.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The ignore_leading_the (and to a lesser extent ignore_diacritics) configuration options help mitigate this issue for some bands, but don't have proper support for more complex scenarios, aren't particularly useful for various non-english language scenarios, and don't handle organising individuals by last name, rather than first name. It also makes it harder to organise artists that have released under multiple names, but should be collected under one artist.
