cDESP – Industrial Refrigeration SaaS

  • Mission: Architected a mission-critical SaaS dedicated to European refrigeration regulations.

  • The Challenge: Migrated complex, high-risk legacy business logic from Excel into a fail-safe web application where errors carry significant legal and financial consequences.

  • Stack: Next.js 15, MongoDB, Self-hosted on Hetzner VM via Cloudflare Tunnels (Security focus), Cloudflare R2.

YONKODEX – Multi-platform TCG Marketplace

  • Role: Architect & Developer.

  • Client: "The 5th Yonko" (Top-tier Collector & Streamer).

  • Mission: Building a high-performance marketplace and collection management app for the One Piece TCG.

  • Strategy: Leveraged Flutter for cross-platform delivery and Serverpod (Dart) for end-to-end type safety and code generation.

FlyWAB – Governmental IoT & Drone Platform

  • Timeline: July 2025 – September 2025.

  • Mission: Developed a real-time demining drone control system bridging web interfaces with hardware.

  • Achievement: Successfully delivered an MVP demonstrating low-latency drone piloting via web sockets.

  • Stack: RedwoodSDK, Cloudflare (Durable Objects, D1, R2), Python (Tello library).
