Depending on time and energy levels, I might be able to write the scripts. However, I do not have the personal resources to consistently maintain the infrastructure and so would not want to own the mirrors' codeberg.org (or equivalent) account or the automation that runs it. |

Given the current geopolitical turmoil in much of the world, I wonder if it might be prudent to start automatically mirroring mruby and the registered mgems to some other provider. Github has a high-enough profile that if someone wanted to disrupt software development worldwide, they could do it by blocking access to it. Having up-to-date repos elsewhere would seem like a good precaution to take.
I'd suggest codeberg.org as (one) alternative. It's on a different continent in a country with a stable, democratic government.
