This updates docs and a few examples bugs related to SEP-2322 MRTR & [SEP-2549 TTL for ListResults)(https://github.com//pull/2549) these include

  1. Missing Required field from doc examples:
  • resultType was missing from doc examples
  • ttlMs missing from doc examples
  • cacheScope missing from doc examples
  1. Fixing docs and examples where elicitation & roots/list requests were still being shown as jsonRpc Messages.

  2. Removing association required warnings from elicitation, sampling & roots as this is enforced by mrtr. The warning is no longer needed as mrtr enforces this by design.

  3. Removing unneeded duplicate example.
