For the docstrings; as opposed to Markdown.

You won't get any help from mkdocstrings but yeah, you can use rst in docstrings 🙂 You'll have to implement the logic yourself for rendering such docstrings to HTML (exposing that logic as a Jinja filter, like our convert_markdown filter). Some features will probably stop working, such as headings from docstrings showing up in the ToC (but might be fixable with more logic, not sure).
