Expected behaviour

Interpreter update when I select a different interpreter

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens when I select a different interpreter until I reload the window.

I have choose Conda environment, but it still show Python3.9 in the bar.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the file manualTestFile.py in VSCode
2. Ctrl + shift + P to open command palette
3. Select the "Python: Select Interpreter"
4. Select another environment.
