This repository currently includes single-language workloads for several types of development stacks. But it does not yet have a focused PowerShell developer workload.

A PowerShell workload would help both PowerShell developers and contributors to this repository by bootstrapping the tools needed to write, test, lint, and maintain PowerShell code consistently.

The workload should install and configure:

• PowerShell 7
• Visual Studio Code
• PowerShell extension (for VS Code)
• Pester Test extension (for VS Code)
• PSScriptAnalyzer rules
