Imported the IOR scripts from @RyanCavanaugh and added an extract command to extract the .json file to a directory structure. |

Piggybacking on @sheetalkamat change, adding some cleanup, and disabling source map record verification.
source map record verification is not needed as long as the sourcemap did not change and the output did not change. it creates a lot of garbage causing node to choke.
