These baselines are leftovers and can be removed?
gulp runtestsdoesn't recreate them.What I did was:
git rm -r --quiet tests/baselines/reference :^tests/baselines/reference/docker :^tests/baselines/reference/user->.github/workflows/accept-baselines-fix-lints.yaml
