Hi, thanks for opening this issue! To help troubleshoot, we need a few details:

1. What script version and what command did you run?
Please share the version of the PAX Purview script you're using, and the exact PowerShell command you used to run the script (you can redact any tenant IDs, client secrets, or other sensitive values). We're specifically interested in which switches you used. For example, did you use -IncludeM365Usage, -CombineOutput, or pass a custom -ActivityTypes list?

2. Which output file(s) are you looking at?
When using -IncludeM365Usage without -CombineOutput, the PAX Purview script produces separate CSV files per activity type. For example, Purview_Audit_MailItemsAccessed_*.csv, Purview_Audit_Send_*.csv, and Purview_Audit_CopilotInteraction_*.csv. CopilotInteraction records would be in their own dedicated file, not mixed into the M365 usage files. Could you confirm which file(s) you're seeing in your output directory?

If you'd like all activity types in a single CSV, add the -CombineOutput switch to your command.

3. Does your tenant have Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses assigned?
CopilotInteraction audit records are only generated when users with Copilot licenses actively use Copilot features. If there's no Copilot usage in your queried date range, 0 records is expected.

4. Can you share the log file?
PAX generates a .log file alongside each CSV output (same filename, .log extension). This log contains the full activity type list that was queried, record counts per activity type, and any errors. That will tell us immediately whether CopilotInteraction was in the query and how many records were returned. Feel free to redact any UPNs or tenant IDs.

The log file will show lines like:
