It would be good to suggest that the BASE_NAME is tied to the dev's org or something along those lines. Didn't notice the unique naming prefix bit. Mainly to avoid conflicts around storage accounts and such.

Should also suggest to change the statestor storage account name in environment_setup\iac-create-environment-pipeline-tf.yml to avoid conflicts.
