How does this relate to #16781? Is the Beta board still available as well?

There are 2 boards. The beta board is still available here. The XRP is coming out of beta soon with a new board, so this PR is for the new board.

If you have boards that do go out of production, please let us know so that we can eventually sunset and remove the board definition here.
