I don't know that these EM4100 cards/tags have a Facility Code and a Card Number. I think that is something specific to HID Prox Co. Other than the frequency of operation (125kHz), there isn't that much in common with them as near as I can tell.

In the example cards you read, the number engraved on the card is simply the hex number you read out, converted to decimal.
