Fix: Locate built files step exit code 1 on x64 (Release_TS not found)

ROOT CAUSE: On x64 builds, the build output goes to `x64\Release_TS\` (NOT `Release_TS\`). The "Locate built files" debug step had: dir D:\...\php-src\Release_TS 2>nul For x64, this path does not exist. Even with `2>nul` (which only suppresses stderr), `dir` returns exit code 1 when the path is missing. GitHub Actions treats exit code 1 as failure and stops the workflow. Result: x64 and x64-AVX2 builds completed nmake successfully (php.exe and php8ts.dll were produced), but the workflow stopped at the debug step before reaching "Package full distribution" - leaving empty/missing zip artifacts. FIX: Add `exit /b 0` at the end of the Locate built files step to always return success. This is a debug-only step and should never block the build. Verified against logs_87564864053.zip: - Build x64: nmake succeeded at 20:50:15Z ("BUILD SUCCEEDED"), then step 8 failed with "Process completed with exit code 1" - Build x86: nmake succeeded, step 8 passed (Release_TS exists for x86), then steps 9 (Package) + 10 (Upload) completed successfully Author: Serhio Lee (S.K) <189266945+markusfoo@users.noreply.github.com>
