Added "musician_ml10" which doesn't have point/polygon columns so these tests can still run on ML 10.
Need to use "toString()" instead of "name()" so that "metadatavalues" is converted into "metadata-values". This works fine for reading documents but not for searching documents.
It appears these methods have long worked. Will help the Mule connector out as we won't need to cast to the implementation to access them. The two commented-out methods accepting a Transaction do not work and it does not appear that they should work, so they were removed.
