This PR fixes an issue with Javadoc generation as described in chrisbanes/gradle-mvn-push#43 (comment).
It also brings a dependency in
libandroidback tomapbox-java-services:2.0.0-SNAPSHOTinstead ofcompile project(':libjava'). This was inadvertingly introduced by #180./cc: @cammace
