Add Android-only LocationEngine implementation

Now that https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-java/pull/269 has landed, we provide `LocationEngine` examples for Lost, Play Services, and Mocking. Let's add one more using only [Android location](https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/location/index.html) not requiring any external dependencies.
