This hook isn't used much, but it has many installation issues. One of them manifest in eg. https://results.pre-commit.ci/run/github/820078473/1765472083.qHFkbTpyQhC0oUELTAXimA
Internally we have more problems with it, ie. it relies on specific system-wide packages eg. libyaml-dev and more.
