[Feat]: Add "Read Only" property to all components #2091

Most components don't have the "Read Only" property
Describe the solution you'd like
Add "Read Only" property to all components
Additional context
While e.g. text input component includes the "Read Only" property, most input components don't include this property, making it impossible to conditionally set who can and cannot edit a field within the app.

@iamfaran - I just realized that a lot of input components are also missing the "disabled" property as well as validation options.
Please let me know if this could be addressed as part of this issue or should I submit new ones?
