[Feat]: JS Code Editor - Resizable for Local Code #1938

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

There is no resize box for the Local JS Editor for Local Code in an app/module. Any JS of any decent complexity will word wrap like crazy

Expected Behavior

Be able to resize this box
