これはGutenbergの問題ですが、html :where(.editor-styles-wrapper) {padding: 8px;} がゼロパディングで上書きされているため、コンテンツ内のブロックが左右端にくっついてしまっています。

修正PRは既に提出されていますが、、7.0.0に間に合うかわからないので、一時的な修正として以下のCSSを追加しておいてよいかもしれません。

.editor-styles-wrapper {
	padding: 8px;
}
